• Shooters will NOT return firearms, ammo, or electronics.
• No returns on products that have damaged packaging.
• Any approved returns must be within 7 days of the original purchase with the original receipt.
• Shooters offers no monetary refunds. All approved returns may be exchanged at the purchase value in the form of a Gift Card.
• All firearms are sold "AS IS" any claims or warranty issues will be directed to the manufacture. Shooters will not warranty any item, expressed or implied.
• Background check fees are $5 when associated with the purchase of a firearm. Completing a 4473 and background check without completing the purchase of a firearm will result in a charge of $25. Neither fee being refundable.
• Canceling your firearm purchase at any point will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee

Failing to read or acknowledge these policies will not exempt you from them.
