FIREARM TRANSFER AGREEMENT
- Shooters serves as a transfer agent to assist its customers in obtaining firearms ordered from a Federal Firearms License Dealer, NOT from unlicensed individuals.
- By serving as the agent in the DEALER-TO-DEALER transaction, Shooters will receive the firearm from the seller and complete the required paperwork.
- The fee for providing the transfer service is $35 per firearm.
- If you are unable to obtain the firearm for any reason, including denial by FDLE or 4473 form issues, you will be responsible for the return shipment cost. Firearms unclaimed within 30 days become property of Shooters.
- Shooters is not liable for firearm condition. Warranty or return issues must be handled with the original dealer.
- All firearms must be picked up within 60 days or they become property of Shooters.
- Shooters reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time for any reason.
