Cancel Order Policy
All requests for order cancellations will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, if your order has NOT left our location. If your purchase has already left our location see our return policy below.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must first be authorized before shipping anything back. ALL returns MUST be made within 15 days of the original purchase date, and are only available for defective merchandise. If you need to return an item and it is within the time period you must first contact us with the reason and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Special orders and firearms are not eligible for returns. These items are not returnable. Firearms are like cars once they are sold they are used, regardless if they have been fired, once the gun has been transferred out of our shop it is yours. Used guns follow this same rule except that if there is a dispute in the item condition we will at our discretion issue a RA# within 3 days of delivery (this is not an inspection period this is simply to cover mistakes that can happen). We will make all attempts to state condition accurately with a description and photos, we are not in the business to lie, if a mistake is made we will stand behind it. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.
