Cancel Order Policy
All requests for order cancellations will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, if your order has NOT left our location. If your purchase has already left our location see our return policy below.
RETURN POLICY
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to find out what is legal in your area to purchase.
All returns must first be authorized before shipping anything back. ALL returns MUST be made within 15 days of the original purchase date, and are only available for defective merchandise. If you need to return an item and it is within the time period you must first contact us with the reason and obtain a return authorization number (RMA#).
Special orders and firearms are not eligible for returns. DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR GUN IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. Please inspect your gun thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a gun is transfered to you it is considered USED, even if you have not fired it. Used guns follow this same rule except that if there is a dispute in the item condition we will at our discretion issue a RMA# within 3 days of delivery (this is not an inspection period this is simply to cover mistakes that can happen). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees and credit card processing fees (3.5% of purchase) are NOT refundable.
