How to buy CLASS 3 ITEMS:
This is a bit more complex, but we will help you through the process. Start with the following: Order your weapon online. If we have the item available (whether in stock or available to us), and the order is legitimate, we will charge your credit card. We reserve the right to reject an order fo any reason. Contact a Class 3 dealer. If you do not know one you can contact your regular dealer and ask them if they know of a class 3 dealer. Also a good source for leads are local shooting clubs, firing ranges NRA members, etc. Your local class 3 dealer will be doing the ATF Form transfer to you. He will usually charge $ 50.00 to $ 100.00 for this service. Have the dealer mail his license (F.F.L.) and his S.O.T. (Special Occupational Tax) to us. We will transfer the gun to your local Class III dealer. This transfer will usually take between 4-6 weeks, depending on backlog at the BATF. Then the item is transferred on a Form, from your dealer to you. This may take approx 90 plus days, again depending upon the BATF and the FBI. NFA items are Special Order items. We will charge your credit card when you place the order. Cancellations of your class 3 item will incur a 25 % cancellation fee. The process may at first sound complex, but we do A LOT of these and it is really quite easy!
